Facebook Page made - Blog abandoned

CLICK HERE TO SEE THE NEW FACEBOOK PAGE!
I've now made a facebook page. It will replace this blog as the spot to get updates about everything MetallicaHD. That means a major cut down of posts (even though the blog was only updated now and then).
I'll probably take time to complete the Live Shit list with all the links after a while.
The blog will stay open, but will not be updated.
You will still be able to come here to check the video lists if you like the way it's organized, and all that good stuff.

- This is MetallicaHD, signing off.
  SEE YOU ON FACEBOOK!

Live Shit: Binge & Purge!

That's right! No one managed to guess it, so I'll share the Free MP3 Download at another occasion. This is the place where you can check the FULL content list, and see what's up and what's coming. There will be 1-2 uploads each day, mostly 1. So what you need to do is check your YouTube front page, my channel, or this blog each day to be one of the first to watch these lovely clips in close to DVD quality!

Series of uploads starting THURSDAY!

Something BIG is happening at MetallicaHD! And I mean REALLY big! It will be the biggest series of uploads I've ever done! The first wave will contain 13 videos, then wave two will be rolled out shortly after (about a week or so). There will also be a third wave, which will be the longest. Each wave will contain 1-2 upload(s) each working day and maybe stay on schedule in the weekends.

Can you guess what this is all about? The first to send me the right answer here will get 1 free live song download from LiveMetallica.com (choose from all their concerts since 2004). It will be a redeemable code for YOU and YOU ONLY.
The message subject needs to be "My Contest Entry"

Upcoming shit!

I'm sorry it hasn't been any updates lately, but I've been recharging the battery so that I can kick off some awesome 'tallica shit soon! I recently hit 8,000 subscribers, and that's really amazing! The first wave of 'tallica stuff will be a show they did a while ago, and when that's done, something BIG is coming! You'll just have to wait and see!

Oslo Magnetic coming up!

Metallica visited Oslo last week, and played two beautiful nights at a packed Telenor Arena!
MetOnTour reports about 50,000 people rocking out on April 13. and 14. and guess who were there?
I'll upload both live videos (13; Hit The Lights and 14; The Unforgiven III) soon, but something extra will be uploaded before that!
I know I'm late and that they've been out since last week on MetOnTour, but I've been stuck in Oslo till yesterday because of the ash from the volcano on Iceland (Google is your friend).
I also got a friend to film some shit from the 14. concert, and I'll add the LiveMetallica recordings to those!

tallica4lifegbrtdyDM has got them up already, plus all the other shit from MetOnTour and close to all LiveMetallica MP3's! The reason why I want to upload them, is because I can do a couple of tweaks to make the quality a bit better. It won't be real HD, but what can I do? :)
Keep checking that supscription box, and keep enjoying my content!

I don't wanna give away much more for now, but I have the feeling you'll love it!

And by the way, I now have Amazon ads on this blog, check it out! (I try my best to make it Metallica related, so).

The Unforgiven TAKEN DOWN!

Yes. If you haven't noticed, my most viewed video ever was taken down from YouTube this week. It had about 1 100 000 views, and that's more than all the others together! It's a bit sad, but I've already solved the problem!
View the video in BETTER quality than before below:

Metallica - The Unforgiven (Official Music Video) [HD] from Metallica HD on Vimeo.

And btw, Making Magnetic coming soon!

Hello everyone, what you're looking at right now is my newly redesigned blog!

Hope you all like it, I'm working on it, so it's not complete yet.
And I'll be working on the last official music video, "Some Kind of Monster", so it will be up before the New Year!

It's Christmas Eve! All of us in Norway open our presents after dinner today, so it's right before we start opening presents!

Enjoy the rest of the holiday, everyone!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Christmas is about giving, not getting, right? And I've been giving you all Metallica videos in almost a year now (around february), haven't I?

I wanted to do something special that all of you can enjoy! That's why I made this wallpaper/background for your desktop!

Just click it to see it in full size! Then you just right click and chooses "use as desktop background" or something like that.
Here's the original, unedited background I used to make this!

More treats for you will arrive on my channel at christmas eve!

Updates!

Veoh status
Veoh deleted my video. Seems to me like they're as strict as YouTube when it comes to copyrighted material.
Vimeo doesn't seem that strict, since my "Nothing Else Matters" video still is up there, but that's either limited or payed (1 upload a week).
I need another solution. If you know a site that you can upload high definition videos, send me a message here!

Christmas treats
You don't think I'm going to forget y'all, do you? :)
I'm not spoiling much right now, but it won't be anything really special! But I think you will be pleased anyway!
As I can't upload the videos at the proper time for everyone, I can't guarantee that you'll get it in your subscription box when you wake up the 24th. But the time here in Norway is ahead of yours if you live on the west side of Norway on the map, and I'll upload the videos around 12-6 am here, so it shouldn't be a problem! :)

KEEP ROCKING, AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

"The Day That Never Comes" taken down / Video updates

The official music video for The Day had just passed 100,000 views and was starting to get a good view count when it was taken down. It was my very first upload. That's why I'm already working on a solution, like the "Nothing Else Matters-solution". It was taken down aswell, earlier this year, so I uploaded it at Vimeo and made a fake video of it on my channel. People didn't like it even though that gave them a solution to the WMG block.

All right, I'm falling off track here.
It's being uploaded to Veoh (because Vimeo has a limit of 1 HD upload a week) and if it won't be taken down, I will continue uploading the blocked ones from YouTube there.

----------------

The official music video for King Nothing was uploaded on thursday, and can be found HERE!
More is to come, so stay tuned!

"New" Channel Design & 2,000 SUBSCRIBERS!

I just updated my channel design, I didn't revamp the whole thing. Why take away something that works? The style is taken from the Metallica.com Kill Em All Theme, so remember to go check that out aswell!

MetallicaHD has now got over 2,000 SUBSCRIBERS! It's huge, for me at least! I will, as a celebration, do a new Closed Captions on a music video I've got on YouTube. I just don't know which one yet.

Which video do you want me to add CC (closed captions) to? Write a comment here or at my channel!

New videos up!

Short post today, just giving you a link to the newest videos up on my main channel (just click the name to watch the video!):

Hero of the Day
Until It Sleeps
Sad But True
Wherever I May Roam
Enter Sandman (RE-UPLOAD)
More to come soon!

And a quick note: I'm soon to pass 2,000 Subscribers! This is a big milestone for me, so I'm going to celebrate it when it happens! You will get some snacks, everyone, when the day comes! The Day That Never Comes!

MetallicaHDE - The BACKUP Channel!

<--- Click it to subscribe to the new channel!

MetallicaHD makes a new channel! And now you're probably thinking:

ANOTHER ONE? NO WAY?!

But before you send me the hate mail, read below:

The WMG Copyright is my biggest problem and enemy here on YouTube. It rejects my uploads and that forces me into doing a dispute for almost every upload. I'm afraid that the channel will be taken down by the staff because of all of the copyrighted material on my channel.
This is the BACKUP channel! In case everything goes down the toilet, I will upload it all there so that I can keep the Metallica content on YouTube up a little longer.

So, to shorten it up:
MetallicaHD = Main Channel, Metallica Music Videos and such
MetallicaHD2 = Second channel, all extra stuff (should have been this channel, haha)
MetallicaHDE = The BACKUP channel!
